todays workout
i basically stuck to a bi/tri workout today. i mixed in hammer curls with the regular bi curls, i actually upped my curls and im now at 30lb DB’s so im pretty psyched. then proceeded with some tricep rope pushdowns and really focusing on the contraction of the muscles to get that really good pump going, same goes for my bi curls i focused on the negative part of the movement and really flushing all the blood to those parts. i ended the session withdelts, front raises, side raises and cable rear delt flyes and went pretty light…again focusing all on contraction. when i left the gym i havent felt a pump like that in a long time. so its working. pyramid style beast mode today yeaaaa buddyyyyy lightweight aint nothin but a peanut!!
Things I notice on a daily basis in the gym
-37% of people have absolutely no idea how to properly use the machines.
-people that crowd the cardio section everyday have no motivation to do anything else, on top of that they go at turtle speed…
-the macho guys think that leaving the plates on the machine makes them have superior status over the rest of us. CLEAN UP YOUR SHIT. Not that I can’t lift it off but stop being fucking lazy.
-to all the teeny boppers, put some damn clothes on and take your damn make up off and actually DO WORK.
- people who try and put the Mack on during someone’s gym session deserve to be beat up, stfu and LIFT.
